Vintage Modernist Tourmaline Gold & Silver Ring

If you like dynamic modernist jewellery, this bespoke ring will not disappoint. Featuring a round cut faceted olive green tourmaline, in a deep 9ct gold bezel setting. It sits next to a stylish tilted 9ct gold dome.

The band is sterling silver which gives the ring a stylish two tone appearance.

In the 1500s, a Spanish conquistador found green tourmaline in Brazil - which is mistook for an emerald. His error held until the 1800s, when mineralogists finally identified tourmaline as its own mineral species.

Tourmaline: 6.7mm width inclusive of the setting.
