Vintage Hexagon Amethyst 9ct Gold Cocktail Ring

Unique statement cocktail ring, circa 1930s, set with a beautiful hexagon cut amethyst gemstone in 9ct yellow gold.

The amethyst is a beautiful deep regal shade of purple, it has some light surface wear including a small light scratch, commensurate with age and use. The inside of the band has been fitted with sizing beads to reduce the original ring size.

This unusual cut of gem cut makes for a striking bold ring, the strong resilient honeycombe shape is symbolic of harmony & balance.
