Antique 9ct Gold Wax Seal Fob Pendant

A must have item for any antique & vintage jewellery lover is the classic wax seal fob pendant.

This antique 19th century fob, circa is bezel set with an oval cut chalcedony in the classic bell design, typical for the era. The fob is unmarked, tests as 9ct gold which has a lovely soft rose gold hue.

There are faint traces of initials 'B.d' very lightly hand etched onto the surface of the chalcedony, only visible on extremely close inspection.

The fob is in lovely antique condition with a couple of small dings and a very small solder at the top of the bell, commensurate with age and use.

The fob will be supplied in a new presentation box.
